Giant Corn Maze at Alstede Farms

Guests will experience thrill and adventure as they carefully navigate a massive maze surrounded by 10-acres of corn fields. Younger guests can warm up to the excitement by experiencing a smaller, kiddie-sized corn maze. This year’s theme is Alstede Fresh, inspiring guests to live and eat healthy with local produce and farm fresh products.

Harvest Moon Hayride

Spend the your Friday and Saturday nights (and Sunday, October 7) soaking in the moonlight at Alstede Farms. All included in admission, guests will traverse acres of scenic farmland in a tractor-drawn wagon ride, stop at a pumpkin patch*, navigate the corn maze by flashlight and cozy up to a crackling bonfire while listening to live music. All guests will receive their choice of hot or cold apple cider and s’mores making kits will be available for purchase. *Picking a pumpkin will incur an additional charge

Apple Cider Pressing Tours

*ON FRIDAY'S ONLY
Experience the production of homemade cider first-hand at Alstede's very own cider mill. Alstede Farms utilizes the mill to create delicious, homemade cider from their local, freshly picked apples, which is available for purchase at the farm store. Consisting of several stages such as inspecting, mashing, squeezing and bottling, each pressing session can produce anywhere from 200 to 500 gallons of cider. Guests are welcome to enjoy a brief apple cider pressing tour as part of the pick-your-own experience but more extensive, private tours can be made available through reservations only.
*Please note that these are on-going and that the public may experience a different aspect of the pressing cycle and may not experience the whole process while visiting.

Harvest Moon Wine Tasting

Guests can enjoy a Harvest Moon Wine Tasting on the farm at the Tomasello Winery Outdoor Wine Courtyard at Alstede Farms every Saturday. Samplings of delicious wines will be available while listening to live music in a beautiful outdoor setting on the farm.

Imported from Kentucky, these Bourbon Barrel lids are from Jim Bean and other Kentucky based distilleries. While we will prepare the bottoms by removing the 2” of bourbon soaked char, the rest is up to you. After cleaning off the residual debris, you will sand, stain and finish the top, seal the bottom, and attack the supports and lazy Susan hardware. There is a $75 cost for this event.
